How to make this natural cough mixture

Ingredients

  • 1 Jar of Manuka honey

  • 5 cloves of garlic chopped finely

  • One onion chopped finely

Method

  1. finely chop onions and garlic and place in a larger mason Jar

  2. Pour over the honey and leave to macerate overnight

  3. THe next day filter out the onion and garlic. you will find you have more liquid than when you started. this is becaise the honey has drawn out the fluid from the garlic and onions

  4. store the liquid in an airtight jar and enjoy 3 times per day when you have a cough or cold
